Abstract Objective To retrieve evaluate and summarize the best evidence on home enteral nutrition care for oncology patients
at home and abroad and to provide a reference basis for implementing home enteral nutrition care. Method This study conducted a
systematic search of PubMed Up To Date The Cochrane Library National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence NICE
Registered Nurses' AssoCiation of Ontario RNAO MedLive Clinical Guidelines China Knowledge Network Wanfang Database
VIP and other databases. Registered Nurses' AssoCiation of Ontario RNAO Clinical Guidelines China Knowledge Network
Wanfang Database and VIP etc. We conducted a systematic search to comprehensively retrieve evidence on home enteral nutrition
care for oncology patients and selected clinical evidence based on the "6S" evidence pyramid model. Based on the "6S" evidence
pyramid model we selected clinical decisions guidelines systematic evaluations/ Meta - analyses evidence summaries expert
consensus randomized controlled trials and so on. The time frame of the search was from December 1 2013 to December 1 2023
and was based on the "6S" evidence pyramid model. Literature quality assessment and data extraction were performed independently by
2 persons with evidence-based professional background. Result A total of 23 publications were included including 8 guidelines 4
expert consensus 3 evidence summaries 6 systematic evaluations and 2 randomized controlled studies. Twenty-two pieces of best
evidence were summarized in 4 areas including optimal care team screening and assessment implementation and evaluation and
nutrition education for home enteral nutrition care in oncology patients. Conclusion This study provides evidence-based evidence for
home enteral nutrition care for oncology patients thereby improving the quality of nutritional management for oncology patients.
