Abstract:Objective The incidence rate of kinds of cancers has increased in recent years. As we know, diet plays an important
role in the development of cancer, so is the dietary fber. The aim of this study was to achieve a comprehensive assessment of the
relationship between dietary fber intake and cancers risk. Methods Studies, especially meta analysis, about dietary fber intake and
cancers risk were searched. Results Higher dietary fber intake is inversely associated with breast cancer, while the associations of
dietary fber with risk of other cancers is controversial and inconclusive. A few studies suggested that breast cancer and colorectal
cancer patients with high dietary fber intake may be a better prognosis for survival. Conclusions Higher dietary fber intake is
associated with a lower risk of breast cancer. Well designed epidemiological studies are warranted to further verify the association
between dietary fber intake and the risk and prognosis of cancers.in breast cancer cell lines. Methods Seven SCALs compounds, S1127,?S1156,?S1169,?S1170,?S1178,?S1180,?and S1182 were
